Hello All,

I have a question about the feedback tool. AM I right in assuming that when they need to respond to an open response, it will access the phone’s keyboard. If a learner has an amharic keyboard integrated in their phone, would they be able to access that to type their responses?

Hi @ebennert

For the keyboard language, the app doesn;t do anything specific to show a particular keyboard type/language - for the quizzes and feedback it just automatically opens whatever keyboard the user has set as default.

So if the user usually uses Amharic keyboard as default, then in the quiz/feedback question responses, this is what will be opened. Similarly if anyone uses Cyrillic, Chinese or any other keyboard preference.
